Buluver ("Uygulama"), zarları çevirerek gizli Türkçe kelimeyi bulduğunuz bir kelime oyunudur. Uygulama, Nursaç Ateşel Şahıs Şirketi tarafından geliştirilmiş ve yayınlanmıştır. Bu sayfa, Uygulamanın kişisel verileri nasıl topladığını ve kullandığını açıklar.

1. Toplanan Veriler

Buluver, seviye sıralamaları ve günlük madalyalar için yalnızca aşağıdaki bilgileri sunucumuza (bavsla.com) gönderir:

Oyuncu adınız ve puanlarınız herkese açık sıralamalarda ve madalya listelerinde görünür. Uygulama:

Seviye ilerlemesi, canlar, jokerler ve müzik tercihi cihazınızda saklanır. İnternet yokken oyun oynanabilir; bu durumda cihaz dışına veri gönderilmez.

2. Uygulama İçi Satın Almalar

Can ve joker paketleri Google Play veya Apple App Store üzerinden satın alınır. Ödeme işlemini ve ödeme bilgilerinizi yalnızca Google veya Apple işler; bu bilgiler bize iletilmez. Uygulama, satın alınan ürünü teslim etmek için yalnızca mağazanın verdiği sipariş kimliğini cihazınızda saklar.

3. Verilerinizi Silme

Uygulamada Ayarlar > Verilerimi sil seçeneğiyle oyuncu adınızı ve puanlarınızı sunucumuzdan, ilerlemenizi de cihazınızdan silebilirsiniz. Geçmiş günlerin madalya listelerindeki adınız "Silinmiş oyuncu" olarak değiştirilir. Silme talebinizi bavslacom@gmail.com adresine e-posta göndererek de iletebilirsiniz.

4. Çocukların Gizliliği

Buluver yalnızca kendi seçilen bir rumuz ve oyun puanı gönderir; gerçek ad, e-posta, doğum tarihi veya hassas kişisel veri istemez. Ebeveynler, çocuklarının rumuzda gerçek adını kullanmamasını önerebilir. Satın almalar Google ve Apple'ın aile/ebeveyn onayı ayarlarına tabidir.

5. İzinler

Uygulama, sıralama özelliği için internet erişimi kullanır. Kamera, mikrofon, konum, kişiler gibi özel cihaz izinleri istemez.

6. Değişiklikler

Bu gizlilik politikası zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler bu sayfada yayınlanır.

Buluver — Privacy Policy

Buluver (the "App") is a Turkish word game in which you find a hidden word by turning letter dice. The App is developed and published by Nursaç Ateşel Şahıs Şirketi. This page explains how the App collects and uses personal data.

1. Data We Collect

For level leaderboards and daily medals, Buluver sends only the following to our server (bavsla.com):

Player name (nickname): a name you choose yourself; it does not need to be your real name.
Level and scores: your highest unlocked level, your score in each level and the points you earned today.
A random on-device ID: generated locally and not tied to any personal information; used only to update your own leaderboard entry.
Device key: an irreversible SHA-256 hash of the Android device ID (on iPhone, of a random ID kept in the Keychain). Used only to restore your account automatically if you reinstall the App; never used for ads or tracking.
Progress backup: stage progress, lives and the number of jokers you bought, stored so your account can be restored.

Your nickname and scores are shown on public leaderboards and medal lists. The App does not request or collect personal information such as email, phone number, date of birth, location or photos; does not show ads or use an advertising ID; contains no analytics or tracking SDKs; does not share or sell data to third parties; and does not require an account or sign-in.

Level progress, lives, jokers and the music setting are stored on your device. The game can be played offline; nothing leaves your device in that case.

2. In-App Purchases

Lives and joker packs are purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Payments and payment details are handled only by Google or Apple and are never sent to us. The App stores only the order ID provided by the store on your device, to deliver the purchased item.

3. Deleting Your Data

Use Settings > Delete my data in the App to delete your nickname and scores from our server and your progress from your device. Your name on past daily medal lists is replaced with "Deleted player". You can also request deletion by emailing bavslacom@gmail.com.

4. Children's Privacy

Buluver sends only a self-chosen nickname and game scores; it does not request a real name, email, date of birth or other sensitive data. Parents may advise children not to use their real name as a nickname. Purchases are subject to Google's and Apple's family and parental approval settings.

5. Permissions

The App uses internet access for the leaderboard. It does not request camera, microphone, location, contacts or other special device permissions.

6. Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
