Matx Prof ("Uygulama"), ilkokul çağındaki çocuklara dört işlemi (toplama, çıkarma, çarpma, bölme) eğlenceli bir şekilde öğretmeyi amaçlayan bir eğitim oyunudur. Uygulama, Nursaç Ateşel Şahıs Şirketi tarafından geliştirilmiş ve yayınlanmıştır. Bu sayfa, Uygulamanın kişisel veri toplama ve kullanma konusundaki yaklaşımını açıklar.

1. Toplanan Veriler

Matx Prof, isteğe bağlı Dünya/Ülke Sıralamaları özelliği için aşağıdaki bilgileri sunucumuza gönderir — bunun dışında hiçbir veri toplanmaz veya paylaşılmaz:

Sıralama özelliği kullanılmadan (ör. rumuz girilmeden veya internet bağlantısı olmadan) da oyunun tamamı normal şekilde oynanabilir — bu durumda hiçbir veri cihaz dışına gönderilmez. Seviye ilerlemesi, ayarlar ve skor geçmişi her durumda öncelikle cihazınızın belleğinde tutulur.

2. Çocukların Gizliliği

Matx Prof, sıralama özelliği için yalnızca kendi seçilen bir rumuz/ülke ve oyun skoru gönderir — gerçek ad, e-posta, doğum tarihi, fotoğraf veya hassas kişisel veri istemez ya da toplamaz. Bu, Amerika Birleşik Devletleri Çocukların Çevrimiçi Gizliliğini Koruma Yasası (COPPA), Avrupa Birliği Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) ve Türkiye Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) kapsamındaki çocuklara yönelik ek koruma ilkeleriyle uyumludur. Ebeveynler, çocuklarının rumuzunda gerçek ad kullanmamasını önerebilir.

3. İzinler

Uygulama, sıralama özelliğinin çalışması için internet erişimi kullanır. Kamera, mikrofon, konum, kişiler gibi herhangi bir özel/hassas cihaz izni talep etmez.

4. Değişiklikler

Bu gizlilik politikası zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler bu sayfada yayınlanacaktır.

Matx Prof (the "App") is an educational game that teaches elementary-school children the four basic arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) in a fun way. The App is developed and published by Nursaç Ateşel Şahıs Şirketi. This page explains the App's approach to personal data collection and use.

1. Data We Collect

For the optional World/Country Leaderboards feature, Matx Prof sends the following to our server — nothing else is collected or shared:

Nickname: a name you choose yourself when starting the game; it does not need to be your real name
Country: self-selected in the settings screen — the App never requests location permission and never uses GPS/precise location
Game scores: your per-level best scores and total score
A random on-device ID: generated locally, not tied to any personal information — used only to update your own leaderboard entry

This information is used solely to display the public leaderboard. The App does not:

Request or collect personal information such as your real name, email, phone number, or precise location
Display ads or use an advertising ID or similar identifier
Include any analytics or tracking SDKs
Share or sell the collected data to third parties
Require account creation or sign-in

The entire game can be played normally without ever using the leaderboard feature (e.g. without entering a nickname, or without an internet connection) — in that case, nothing leaves your device. Level progress, settings, and score history are always kept primarily in your device's local memory.

2. Children's Privacy

For the leaderboard feature, Matx Prof only sends a self-chosen nickname/country and a game score — it does not request or collect a real name, email, date of birth, photo, or other sensitive personal data. This is consistent with the additional protections for children under the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Turkey's Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). Parents may wish to advise their children not to use their real name as their in-game nickname.

3. Permissions

The App uses internet access to power the leaderboard feature. It does not request any other special/sensitive device permissions (camera, microphone, location, contacts, etc.).

4. Changes

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
